We do not ask for full payment upfront. Our standard payment structure is designed to protect you:

What happens if there is a delay in shipping?

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, port congestion, or customs processing. If a delay occurs, we notify you immediately with an updated timeline. Our marine cargo insurance includes delay coverage in many cases. We also maintain relationships with customs brokers at major ports to expedite clearance and minimize delays.
